Royalty Remodeling and Construction has been in business in business since 1990. The owner, Russ Prince CR, CLC , is both a Certified Remodeler and Certified Lead Carpenter. Certification comes from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and given to those who complete "a high level of competency and ethical standards in the remodeling industry."

Before starting his own remodeling business, Russ was a custom cabinetmaker for 17 years. "It's our goal to leave each project with the client completely satisfied with everything we’ve done," says Russ. "If they’re not willing to recommend us to their friends, then I’m not satisfied."
